When the holding company find out and crack down on imitations of “ Polaris ” brand products, the companies must cooperate with the holding company.

Clause Twenty-Seven The companies should unceasingly enhance the credit standing and good fame of “ Polaris ” brand by manufacturing high quality products and supplying good service. As for the companies with quality instability 、 low credit standing 、 bad after sales service or market occupation evident dropping, they must mend within limited time.

Clause Twenty-Eight The companies should mark “ Polaris ” brand and mark “ ? ” on the packing of the products. Before “ Polaris ” brand is employed, the companies should confirm that the employment of “ Polaris ” brand is within the range of verified products, and the verified and registered explanation 、 figure or combination of them must not be changed at discretion.
